About Me

Mrs. Clark-

Mrs. Clark is in her 7th year of teaching 4th grade at St. Michael's.  This is her 23rd year of teaching in Catholic schools in both California and Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.  She also holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Education Administration. She has spent most of her teaching in grade 4, but has also taught students from grades K through 6.  In addition to teaching 4th grade, Mrs. Clark is also one of the faculty co-advisors for Mercy Corps, the service organization at St. Michael's led by a group of 7th and 8th graders.  Mrs. Clark strives to make all feel welcome in her classroom and hopes to continue to develop a love of learning and serving in her students.
 

 

 

Mrs. McMichael-

Mrs. McMichael feels blessed to be in her fourth year of teaching at St. Michael's.  She started her teaching career as a fourth grade teacher and is happy to be back in her favorite grade.  Mrs. McMichael has also taught kindergarten, 2nd grade, 5th grade math and middle school math and science.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCSB, a Master's degree in Special Education from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and a certificate in Gifted and Talented Education from UCSD.   Mrs. McMichael is currently undergoing survival training as the mother of three teenage daughters and one newly rescued teenage Lab.  She is enjoying her current 4th grade class and looks forward to teaching and learning from them.
